Displaying My Photos
I take a LOT of photos… and many of them unfortunately never escape the confines of my laptop. But sometimes I want to display my photos – usually ones that mean something to me or that I’m particularly proud of… So I was delighted when Saal Digital contacted me and asked if I’d like to review one of their wall decors.
I had just been to Download Festival and wanted to make use of some of the photos I had taken, so this was a good chance to pick one of my favourites and get it made into something I could put up on the wall.
I picked a photo I liked and looked at all the options. After some deliberation I decided on the Alu-Dibond aluminium composite panel with an aluminium sub-frame (for hanging). There were two reasons for this: I wanted something different to the traditional wall canvas (I have a number of those on my walls already) and I also liked the idea that this was weather resistant, meaning I could put it up outside if I wanted (we are just doing the garden, complete with a summer house so I though that might be a nice place to display it).
The upload and order process was straightforward and my order arrived quickly (and very well packaged!).
I have to say, I am incredibly impressed with the quality of the printed image (particularly. given that the photograph was only taken on my iPhone!) as well as the panel it is on, which feels sturdy and well-made. I like it so much that I that I think it will have to be hung inside the house where I can see it all the time, rather than out in the summer house as initially planned!
So, if you are looking to display some of your images, why not check out some of the great products on offer from Saal Digital… I will definitely be using them again!
